1. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

4. Users found in breech of this agreement may find their account curtailed / suspended.

5. Data may be retrieved and used transiently for its intended purpose. Data may not be collected / stored remotely beyond its intended purpose.

1. Where possible and within the constraints of available resources, alwayspages will exercise both managerial and technical excellence in meeting its customers needs.

2. alwayspages will endeavour to act responsibly and secure information which is held for private use.

3. Subscribers must not deceive or mislead their customers or use defamatory statements.

4. Your published works must be legal, decent, honest and truthful.

5. alwayspages can not be held responsible for the content of messages sent between two parties where alwayspages acts as a delivery agent.

6. alwayspages reserve the right to curtail, edit, remove or suspend an account or promotion without notice.

1. Your personal details will not be passed on or sold to a third party without your explicit consent.

2. Although every effort is made to ensure your details are accurate and up to date, alwayspages is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of your details being held as inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

3. Where a breach of security takes place, alwayspages may take action which may impact on the service provided to other users.

4. You agree not to install or link to malicious computer programs / scripts.

5. This site makes use of session cookies. We also use regular cookies where the user has selected “Auto-fill my sign in ID” from the account manager.

Where notice of a subscription renewal is issued and a subsequent renewal fee is received, alwayspages will extend the subscribers expiration date by 24 months. In all other circumstances, where payment is received outside a 21 day notice period, the subscriber’s expiration date will be set to 24 months from the date their payment is received. These rules also apply to subscription upgrades.

alwayspages is not responsible for the published content of our subscribers. Where a dispute arises, the parties concerned should in the first instance contact alwayspages thus providing us with an opportunity to assess the situation and take appropriate and reasonable action.

Given the changing nature, context and global considerations of trademark law, alwayspages does not accept responsibility for images / keywords published by its users. In particular, users should take all reasonable steps to ensure trademarks are not infringed to the detriment of trademark holders.

alwayspages maintains a small list of trademarks to alert users of potential conflict. Please write to us using headed paper if you wish to add your trademarks to this list.
